The beautiful River Road from New Orleans is now lined with Oil Refineries, right next to thousands of acres of Sugarcane Plantations. There were so many ,it occurred to me that the Oil Refinery was the new plantation of our time. At night there is a real beauty,but with a mysterious power to them. No hoop skirts or bonnets allowed.
